Lent is the 40 days before Easter where we remember Jesus' life, ministry and death. Its a time for us to prepare ourselves to connect and grow closer to God. This can be done through prayer, reading and studying the bible, helping someone, starting something or giving up something....there are many ways!!
We have provided some resources to help both adults and families on your journey this Lent. Please see below.
Please do get in contact with us if you want to chat or need help with this.
Ash Wednesday at Home
Why not mark the beginning of Lent with an Ash Wednesday service at home?
Download our booklet here, grab some paper, pens, matches and maybe even some marshmallows and join in! You can do this on your own, with your family or household, or even with friends over Zoom!
Through this Bible study, you will be called to evaluate your spiritual life and growth, to uncover your true character, to trust in the God of grace, to declare victory over your true enemy, and to find your identity in your Saviour. This study will serve as a reminder that prayer really is a powerful weapon.
