Tickets

Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Each week tickets will be made available from 11.30 on Sunday for the following Sunday service. i.e. tickets for the Sunday the 16th will be made available from 11.30am on Sunday the 9th. 

Please book a ticket for each child attending Kids Church. Please make sure they are booked into the right age group. A link is available for each Kids Church group.

If you are new/ visiting, please make sure you fill in a registration form online. We cannot allow any child into Kids Church without these steps being followed.

Doors open 10:15am. Due to the limited numbers, If you arrive late we reserve the right to give your ticket away.

Symptoms

If you or your child/ren have been diagnosed or had any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please stay home and let us know so we can be praying for a speedy recovery and allow us to confidentially track if there has been any risk of transmission.

If you have come into close contact with someone diagnosed or displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or country outside the UK government exemption list in the last 14 days please stay home until the 14 days have past without you showing symptoms. If you have already booked a ticket, let us know and so we can make it available to others. 

If your child/ren becomes unwell and display Covid-19 symptoms within 14 days of you attending Kids Church, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellation

If you Save a Space and then realise you can no longer attend, please fill out the cancelation form on our website so that we can release the ticket to be booked by someone else.

On arrival: 

We are going to be asking adults to bring a face mask for check-in.

Please follow signage and check your child into their appropriate groups.

There will be a one- way operating system in place - please observe this. To help ease congestion, please do not congregate in the car park. (sorry) You are welcome to use the garden if appropriate!

As a safety precaution, we will be asking children to use hand gel upon arrival.

Following latest guidance - you will need to scan a code at the door for Track and Trace if you have NOT signed up online. Please bring your phone.

Other important stuff

Sadly, we are unable to provide or serve drinks or snacks, we welcome you to bring a drink and snack for your child in a clearly labelled bag/lunch box.

We are unable to share resources/ equipment, please bring some pens & pencils.

Please collect your child promptly after the service ends. Older children can leave Kids Church alone, only with parental consent.

If you or your child are particularly vulnerable, please alert our kids team before coming jenny@stmkr.org and we will include extra safety measures as appropriate.
