Vacancies
We do not currently have specific paid vacancies. We do want to commend the following training pathways to members of our church who are feeling a specific calling to work for churches professionally. These opportunities are Kids or Youth Apprentices, the Ministry Experience Scheme, and a training as a Pioneer Missioner
Supporting the next generation of Kids and Youth minsters
We frequently help those with potential for ministry through the London Apprentice programme, which offers training in Children's or Youth work while working at St Mark's 2 days a week.
This is a paid, part-time role for those the right people, looking to start a career in Youth or Children's work. To apply, talk to Siobhan or Dave and you can find out more by following the link below. When considering apprentices we are looking for excellence in volunteering, commitment to the discipleship of young people, and a potential to be a leader in this ministry.
Internship Opportunities
The London Ministry Experience Scheme is for young leaders discerning a call to ordained ministry. This internship will give you professional oversight, ministry opportunities, and a reference or pathway into this fulfilling career path.
We support emerging churuch leaders from the congregation, who are usually 18-26. You can find out more by following the link below and ask Dave to apply through St Mark's
Pioneer Missioner
This is a part-time training, part time ministry position run by London City Mission. Over a 2-year period you will be given training in the Bible, mentorship from a professional missioner and a role launching a mission project at St Mark's Church.
